Our Philosophy

At Kiko Soccer Schools our aim is to inspire, educate and develop the individual through our coaching style. Our unique training programme, along with methods used at Pro Clubs and Academies, enable children of all ages to quickly learn to manipulate the ball, build up skills and grow in confidence. Our focus is to nurture the individual then develop the footballer.

Over the last 15 years, over 5000 children have attended our sessions ranging from 18 months to 18 years with some of our most talented children moving on to professional football academies. With a team of coaches ranging from current semi-pro footballers to experts in pre-school development, Kiko Soccer Schools offers children the opportunity to learn not just football skills but vital social skills that will be the building blocks for their future careers.

Parents who started with our “MINIS” programme (18 months - 4.5 years) comment how confident their children settled when they reached full time education. Their children, full of energy, confident with numbers and an impressive ability to control and dribble a football with ease.

Children in our “JUNIORS” programme (4.5 years - 10 years) have predominantly been with us for a few years and the building blocks developed are clearly visible to see. Great listening skills, understanding structure and trying to play in our unique style where focus is given to keeping possession of the ball within the team framework.

Our “YOUTH” programme (10 years - 16 years) has now been running for over 5 years. Our players develop a work ethic & mindset to practice irrespective of their ability. The players desire to improve and have fun is supported by our game based coaching approach where the children enjoy problem solving and learning skills in context! They gain an understanding of the culture that we are trying to create which is underpinned by discipline and respect for others.
