Founder of the Kiko Coaching Group, Frank has been coaching for over 25 years. Frank is an avid Barcelona fan and takes inspiration from the Spanish style in the philosophy of the way he coaches.

Coaching for over 10 Years, a keen coach educator, Jack enjoys developing our coaches alongside his own coaching role. Jack is the main driving force behind Kiko and is always striving to make improvements to keep Kiko pushing forward.. Jack is passionate about educating his players to be well rounded individuals as well as great footballers!

Part of the Kiko Leadership team, Harvey has been coaching with Kiko for over 5 years and leads our coaching team. Harvey is always look at ways to develop our coaching techniques to benefit our players. Harvey is our schools partnership lead and provides great energy in the schools he coaches in.

Senior Coach & Fixture Secretary

Peter is a member of our leadership team, Peter has been a member of the coaching team for a number of years and is a core member of the team. Peter is heavily involved in Kiko FC and coordinates our fixture programme. Peter also heads up our Development Centre.

Senior Coach & Social Media Lead

Theo is a member of our leadership team and has recently taken on the role managing our social media channels. Theo has really embedded himself with the Kiko philosophy and values and takes this into every one of his sessions. Theo is also one of our School Partnership leads where he is head coach at a number of schools.

Jack joined our coaching team in 2024 and has become a crucial member of the team. Jack works across our Afterschool provision and is head coach of a number of our Kiko FC teams. Jack is a very passionate coach who builds a great rapport with his players and is always pushing them to be the best they can be.

Olly is an energetic coach who brings a lot of excitement to all of his sessions. Olly has a number of teams in which he coaches throughout the week and is also lead coach of our Development Centre. Olly is an important part of our coaching team and he is always looking to spread the Kiko philosophy throughout his sessions!

Jay has been at Kiko for a number of years now and is primarily working within our Football Club. Jay is head coach of a number of our teams and is always looking to provide high tempo sessions designed to push players development.

New to the team in 2025, Jamie has certainly hit the ground running. Jamie works across our Afterschool provision & football club. Jamie brings valuable knowledge into the team and always looks pass on this knowledge to the players he coaches alongside some valuable life lessons to help guide all players.

We are delighted to welcome Harry on board during 2025, Harry takes on the role of an assistant coach and brings lots of energy to the sessions he is involved in. Harry has a great rapport with the players he works with and he is always trying to bring out the best in each player he works with.

Luke has worked for Kiko for a number of years in the Role of Assistant Coach. Luke combines Coaching alongside his Academic Studies. Luke is known for a being a passionate coach who brings lots of energy to the sessions he is involved in.
