Our Approach

At Kiko, our aim is to inspire, educate and develop every child through our coaching. Our programme helps children of all ages learn to manipulate the ball, build skills in real game situations and grow in confidence. Above all, we want every child to have a safe, progressive place to fall in love with football. Whatever else is going on in their week, we want their time at Kiko to be the highlight.

Our values

  • Resilience: making a mistake, shaking it off and trying again. Every setback is a chance to build character.

  • Kindness: looking out for one another, celebrating teammates' successes and supporting each other through tough moments.

Our style of play comes from personal experience. Between 2009 and 2011, our founder spent time at FC Barcelona's famous La Masia academy. What stood out wasn't just the technical brilliance, but the values behind it: patience, humility, intelligence and deep respect for the game. Kiko was built to bring that same philosophy to children here in Surrey.
